Grusy Catch-Up.

Here are some pictures that I have been intending to put up, but am just now getting it done...

Preparing for our little baby girl's arrival.  Here is a picture of the take-home outfit we picked out for her.  We can't wait to see how cute she looks in it.

We actually had another ultrasound today, and it was confirmed again that this baby is a girl, and that she is right where she is supposed to be size-wise, which was relieving to hear because the doctor thought she was measuring small.   We praise the Lord that she appears to be measuring normal! 

Even though the baby looks fine, they did see in the ultrasound that my level of amniotic fluid is lower than normal.  Because of this, they are going to keep a close eye on the baby and my fluid over the next couple weeks.  If the fluid continues to seem low or if the baby seems to be in distress, we will probably be induced and get to see her sooner than expected...

Although there is a temptation to be somewhat anxious and fearful about this, we are rejoicing in our Lord being sovereign and good (which the video I watched yesterday was such a good reminder of... see previous post).  We know that we already don't deserve His grace and goodness to us in sustaining this child's life so far, and whatever He has planned in all of this is the result of His grace and kindness and for His glory.
