Getting Ready for our trip to Colorado.
Last night Adam and I both turned our heads for a second and when we looked back to see what Ethan was doing, he had found a new, fun toy to play with. A suitcase.
He kept crawling up onto the suitcase and then back down and then back up again...
Ethan is now starting to smile for the camera... We say, "Ethan... smile.." and he stretches his neck out (like 2 pictures above) and gives us a big smile. It's pretty cute.
Ethan is learning so much these days and is really catching on to what certain words mean and what certain hand motions mean. It is amazing to watch him grow and learn. What an amazing Creator we have! I am in awe of how God has made Ethan and what a blessing he is to our family.
A couple nights ago we, as a family, watched the finale for "The Biggest Loser" (as embarrassing as it is to admit, Adam and I have been following the show and had to make sure we were back from our errands in time to catch the finale). Ethan got to stay up later than usual, which he loved. Here he is enjoying some popcorn...
Just the other day I left for a doctor's appt. and when I returned I was surprised to see both of my very handsome boys all trimmed up and dressed alike.
Adam did a great job of trimming both his and Ethan's hair, except for one spot on both of them (look closely at the picture above and you can tell that Adam cut a little too closely around both of their left ears... opps. It will grow back.).
Ahh... I love these boys so much!!
Here's Ethan talking on the phone to one of his friends from church... (he has recently learned to put the phone up to his ear when we say "hello?")

Ok, so we watched the biggest loser to!! Of all the reality shows at least this one is actually helpful to people! (at least that's our excuse to watch!) Have a great Christmas. ~Cara
I love all the new posts! I am sooo glad that those boys have you to love them (they do look quite loveable)- they are VERY blessed. Looks like we are both busy packing. Ethan plays in your suitcases, Augusta likes to climb in ours. See you SOON!
