Here's a picture of Emma wearing a cute dress she got from Grammy and Pawpa for her birthday:
(Emma is also modeling a home-made bow. I learned recently from a friend at church how to make bows. It is a fun craft and fun to be able to make Emma bows and not have to buy them)
This girl loves her sippy cup, and if we are going out somewhere, I always have to bring a "refill water bottle," because Emma goes through them so quickly. :-)
We wore poor Leah out after an outing:
One of Leah's best features, among many, are her cute chubby legs! We think they are great! :-)
Cutie Pie:
Although when this picture was taken, Emma wasn't fully walking, but just practicing, we can now say Emma is a walking girl!!
Although she still falls a lot, she is doing a great job. It is so weird to see her little head bobbing around the house following me around. This girl is growing up so fast!! :-)
A few other recent things Emma has been doing include: waving "bye-bye" and "hi", pointing at things, and saying "Ma...ma....ma" to things she wants. She also LOVES any kind of stuffed animal. Although Ethan never had anything like a blankie that he was attached to, it looks like Emma is going to be different. :-)
What a cute, good-looking pair:
And... I had to throw this one in there: Ethan's first poo in the toilet!
Hope it doesn't gross anyone out too much, but I was kind and did make it black and white ;-)
A few CUTE pics of Uncle Adam and Leah Bug
Ethan has such a sweet Aunt. We got Ethan a cup of ice cream (for non-messy reasons of course), but he quickly decided that he wanted Aunt Steph's ice cream cone instead. She kindly gave it to him and here they are cheers-ing it up with "Aunt Steph's ice-cream cup" and "Ethan's ice cream cone"
Thanks Aunt Steph for sharing so nicely ;-)
One Friday a month, Frankfort Ave. has what they call a "Trolley Hop," so we went and enjoyed some music, a nice walk down Frankfort, and a free trolley ride:
Cute Leah taking in the music:
One day Emma decided to crawl up into Ethan's bed with him:

I know this isn't a great picture, other than Adam, but I still thought I'd throw it in for humorous reasons.

Look at those blue eyes!

And these blue eyes too!
Here's Ethan showing off his Luther soccer shirt that he got from Uncle Chris and Aunt Steph.
He loves this shirt and often requests to sleep in it.

Ethan talking sweetly to his "Lambie'
(I love how he's looking at him)

Bow-making time:
Steph was so kind to put up with my craft idea of making bows together :-)

Playing at the park:

Cheese!

Dancing in my soccer shirt:

We think this picture is so funny:
Watch out everyone, Emma has got that look in her eye!!

A sweeter picture

Playing in the sand box:
(Ethan often gets into this laying down position when he is playing. It's pretty funny, because it doesn't necessarily mean he's tired. I think he just thinks it's a comfy way to play.)

Ethan loves doing pull-ups with his dad. He even grunts and gets the "working hard here people" look on his face:

Fun time at the zoo enjoying the cotton candy his Aunt Steph got him:

Adam and I with the kiddos at the zoo:

Leah did very well and looked so cute in the stroller:

Such a sweet picture:

And another cute shot of Emma:

And that's it for pictures from Aunt Steph and Leah's visit. Thanks again Steph and Leah Bug for such a wonderful visit. We so enjoyed having you!
