Starting the day off right with birthday french toast loaded up with syrup... yummy

Shortly after breakfast Ethan opened up a few gifts, one of them being Thomas the train that Papaw and Grammy gave him. He has been loving his trains and track! He goes to bed talking about Thomas and wakes up talking about him... (if you watch the videos from the last post you will hear him talking about Thomas). Thanks Papaw and Grammy for such a great gift! It looks like we are going to get a lot of use out of it. ;-)

Later on in the day we went to McDonald's for lunch and then we went to Kart Kountry to ride Go Karts and to play a few games at the arcade. Ethan was a little overwhelmed by the whole go karting experience, but he still enjoyed himself. And he has been talking about the go karts almost everyday since we went.

He also likes to pretend that he is talking to Aunt Shell and Addy.

On Ethan's b-day, he was loving Adam wearing these glasses. He kept on saying, "da da glasses, funny."

Here Ethan is enjoying the Ukulele that Uncle Jack and Aunt Kel got him. He has been loving playing with it and has been busting out some sweet guitar moves on it.
