39 weeks and...

Still no baby ... BUT we do have some new pictures to share!  

(we'll be sure to do a post when the baby girl does come... hopefully sometime this next week!)

Granps is officially in town for "back-up" when the Lord decides its time for the baby girl to arrive.  

It has been so nice having him here and it has been very reassuring/stress-relieving to know that when I do go into labor we have a wonderful babysitter to take over with Ethan right away!  Thanks dad for your kindness and generosity toward us in helping us out in this huge way!

Ethan has just recently really gotten in to sand.  He loves scooping it up and pouring it into or on things.
PRE-BABY DATE NIGHT (thanks to granps!):

Adam and I were able to go out for a long, 6-HOUR!! evening together just the 2 of us, thanks to Granps' kind willingness to watch Ethan.  It was so nice having extended time together where we felt like we really got to connect and enjoy each other's company.

And... yes, playing video games, while waiting for our movie to start at the theater.  :-)  (I can't even begin to remember when would've been the last time I was in an arcade...) 

Adam did definitely beat me in both games we played! :-)

AIR SHOW:

Just today we took Ethan to a radio-controlled air show here in Louisville.  He has just begun to be interested in planes and helicopters and always points them out when they fly overhead.  It was a fun thing to take him to, but it probably would've a little more enjoyable if his attention span was just a wee bit longer. :-)  However, still a fun thing to do on a beautiful Saturday afternoon...
