Just yesterday we got to spend the whole day with our sister Stephanie! It was such a treat! Some of our activities included: having breakfast together, chatting it up, going to a wedding at CHBC together (in which the bride had chosen an Anne of Green Gables' song as one of the prelude songs... pretty cool), walking around at the National Arboretum, watching a couple episodes of "Monk," having a birthday dinner for Steph, and eating cake. We then went to church together the next morning and had brunch with Rachel and Sara Passman, Mo, and Jessie. Then we got Steph to the airport just in time (and we mean just in time...) for her to leave us to go back to San Antonio.
These are a few pictures we took when we were checking out the National Arboretum. As I am sure you can tell, it is a very pretty place. As Adam found out, according to a little cell phone tour, the National Arboretum is made up of 430 acres! We hope to return in the fall, because it is a great place to experience the beautiful fall colors.
We had a fun time just chillin' at our place. It was fun to hear Adam and Stephanie laughing together. They have such a neat brother-sister relationship! : )
Steph, thanks so much for coming out to visit! We so enjoyed our time with you and we look forward to your next visit. BG can't wait to see you.

Boo hoo :( Dad and I wish we were there too. BUT... we are so glad you had a great time. I hope Stephanie wasn't too stressed (like her mom gets) when she is running late to the airport. Everyone looks great. I see that Baby G is getting bigger (yeah!)
